This is Matt Kalgreen. He started getting paid at Akron Bearing in 1977, but has been part of the fun since he was three. He would sneak butterscotch candy from his Grandpa Jones' desk drawer and playing hide and seek in the basement with my two older brothers, Pete and Andy.
